Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

BJ-STAR ENTERPRISES LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the shipper and they have initiated the shipping process.

Our products are entirely hand blended and made in the small batches hence there can be slight variations in the products. If however, there is damage/defect in product, please notify us within 3 days for an exchange.

Please photograph the damaged/defective product issue as soon as you open the packaging and kindly send us a detailed email at nurviindia@gmail.com with the reason for return / exchange within 3 days of delivery and we will process your exchange/refund.

Exchanges/Refunds will not be approved post 3 days of delivery period.

In case of any Refunds approved by the BJ-STAR ENTERPRISES LLP, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
